HELP! Pweeeese

Hi, This doesnt have anything to do with linux, but I dontk now where else to turn. I was trying to make it so I can see the .exe extensions in windows (view --> Folder Options --> File Types) And I created a new .exe extension. And now none of my applications work. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? what I need to do? Please hurry to my aid, lol. thanks

Delete the .exe extension that you created.

or..... Install Linux.

On a side note..... Why the FSCK would you do something like that?

Um......may get better results with a different Forum

hehe you have a point. I think Linux is just....boring. Unless you know what your doing. I mean, Its a great OS, but I don't think its ready for "basic" peeps like me to use it

You should have gone Folder Options-->View and then untick Hide extensions for known file types.

Without knowing what you've changed, can't help with changing it back.

And to anyone who reads this:
Its a great OS, but I don't think its ready for "basic" peeps like me to use it
