Unhappy Help on GNOME and BlueCurve

I have installed RedHat 9.0 and I know it comes with a default BlueCurve GNOME theme. However I want to change the theme back to GNOME default, which has a footprint on the top left corner and panel on the top (not in the bottom as in BlueCurve).
I try to change theme in Perference -> Theme, but I still can't get the original GNOME look. Also after I changed the Icon set to GNOME default, I still get the "Red Hat" icon instaed of a footprint in my bottom panel.

How can I fix it??

many thanks

I also tried removing that stupid hat , but I could never succeed! I heard that RedHat coded it that way into GNOME. If any one knows otherwise, post and you'll have helped two of us! (Any how, since I use XFCE now, I am not greeted by that hat)

Every other distro, to my knowledge, comes with the default GNOME foot. Only redhat does this thing...

If you choose another set of icons the redhat will be replaced, I've done it yesterday after reinstalling my OS.
