help needed on installing powwow


Whenever I try to compile powwow 1.2.5 I get an error in the middle and it stops compiling. I have changed the CFLAGS enrty in MAKEFILE regarding to the helpfile but nothing changed about the error. I need some urgent help on this. And here goes the log:

Making Powwow for Linux

I think that may require ncurses to be installed first.

Fine. And how should I do that? Is it a package included in distros or what?

I haven't tried SuSE yet, so I don't know. Have you tried installing it with yast? If SuSE can use rpms, you could search rpmfind.

If you need to use source code, search these:
Freshmeat
Sourceforge

Yes, I just looked at the SuSE included rpm's with yast. ncurses had been already installed, but its devel package wasn't. I installed that too and everything went fine. Thanks for your help guys.
