Help me to work on linux

hello
i have just installed NCTUns 4.0 software on fedora 8,but im finding difficult in getting in to the software window.should i use any commands to use that software.please help me so that i can proceed my project

How did you install the SW? eg with the package manager?

Have you:
Looked in all the menus?
Opened a terminal and searched using locate or find?

I am not sure I understand the problem. Perhaps you just open a terminal window and configure the files associated with the software?
