I have a program on my linux and he open all ports of 35000 to 65000 but is just internal ports( i can use thats ports only on my pc) I need to change that to external. It's a program or something like this ? Thx

Ports up to 1024 (I guess) are reserved to root use, other should be accessible to normal users.
