Help Me Please!!!
 
hiya so sorry but i don't no wat the heck im supposed to do with a .bin file! i downloaded a movie for my lil sis as a surprise, but i can t do n e thing with the file because it is a .bin file! Does n e one no wat i am supposed to do with it, so i can actually veiw the movie? Cus i sure dont lol!! ;D thankyu for reading this guys :) ( i dont even no if im writing it in the right place

.bin is an image file. You'll need something like PowerISO or MagicISO to mount image files. Not sure which (if either) supports .bin files, but they should. Anyway. Yeah. Mount the image and then browse to the virtual drive. Google is your friend.

Also, downloading movies is generally illegal.

Well, .bin can be a lot of things. Could you run the file command on it? Like this

file <filename>.bin

Also, downloading movies can be perfectly legal. Depends on the country, on the movie and on many other things :)

In regards to movie downloads, I doubt the .bin is executable. That's why I said it's an image file. Uncle_Theodore is right, though. .bin can be more than one thing.

And I did say generally, not always. ^_^
