Help me, please

Hello
I am new to linux and I have a question about using cpu and memory in an apache server my site
When there are many users online and stop some processes can not be observed, are blank. They ask me to raise the share of hosting but users do not go beyond 3000.

Just sign in and check on memory and cpu at this time 9:10 pm and reported 167 Processes, Memory 88% and 108% CPU, with disk storage of 58%.

I would like a basic explanation to help me understand what to do to fix the problem.

thank you very much

I'm not the best person to answer your question, but I can suggest that you change the title of your thread to something that more precisely describes the problem. Many persons choose which posts to read by scanning thread titles; one more informative than "help me" is more like to catch the eye of someone who can help you.

You can see this for more helpful information.
