when my system loads my monitor turns off and i have to reset my computer !!! Please help me :( ...

We'll need a little more info than that. When exactly does your monitor turn off? Before, during, or after booting? Have you tried using Knoppix to see what it selects during hardware setup? What kind of monitor are you using? Were you able to use your system before, or did this happen right after installation?
