Help me out for Grub reloading
 
Dear Friends , i have installed Windows XP and Fedora 9 in my system, but after few days back my boss told me to upgrade the XP to Vista. SO after installing Vista i could not able to access the Fedora 9 part from my PC ,durng the installation time i dint format the fedora 9 part . So how to reload the grub so that i can access the Windows Vista and Fedora 9 both ..
Please give me the step by step solution ...

Boot from Fedora cd and go to rescue mode.
Once in there, you will get a shell.
from fdisk -l find out the disks available. suppose you have /dev/sda.

type grub-install /dev/sda to install grub in mbr of sda.

Is there not on Fedora 9 Installer ( or live ) the option to boot from a existing system ?
