Question Help Me find and kill non local processes running for over 3 days on linux

I am running Oracle DB 10.2 on linux server.
EVerything is fine -but once saw continuous errors like 'unable to spawn /fork error ' for oracle user not being able to create new job queue slave process at os level.

Resolved it by killing processes having ftp -n text in it -- found 400 of them hanging !

So - I want to know how can i find and kill processes that are:
1) non local
2) idle for more than 3 days
3) having particular string ( like ftp ) in their
I plan to schedule this in a crontab script and run it every night.
