all.
just read the link, there is a section "Applications". you will see where the ELF format used and therefore one can create elf files for all those OSs.

You're kind of off to a bad start here----You really need to acknowledge the help that was offered, and then ask a more focussed question based on reading the information.

Based on reading that site, what is your best guess? Have you tried it?

To expand upon the above...
 
LINUX does not create files, LINUX is only a kernel.
I would expect ELF files to be created by a compiler, but refer to the link already provided.
WIKIPedia has an excellent article on the format.

As far as I'm aware, all modern executable binaries designed to run under Linux are of the ELF format.

Yep, the default compiled format (on Linux) is ELF, but you can cross-compile to another if you have the right libs etc installed.
