You want to use a Samsung e1410 mobile phone with Ubuntu - Ultimate Edition 2.9? From your question, you want to access the internet using this phone - what sort of internet connection? Have you managed to pair with the phone somehow? How? If not, how are you trying? (Bluetooth is usual.)
Note: samsung phones seldom work well with linux.
