I am very new in Linux. I have a system in which I have installed Ubuntu just. I try to start net but its showing me the msg that proxy server is refusing connection. I tried to fix it but couldn't do that. what is the solution?

Do you need to pass true a proxy?
Does the proxy need a login and pass?
