Well, first thing to do is to create a better title instead of just "Help Me". Something that actually describes your question and thread, so members know what it's about before clicking. Could you imagine if every thread was titled "Help Me"? Things would get ugly and we know you need help, that's why you started a thread right?

Now, you need to provide more information to get better replies or a solution from members. We can't just play the guessing game.

What version of RHEL so we can know if it supported NTFS filesystems out of the box or if you'll need to recompile the kernel to include such support?

Can you provide us with the output of /sbin/lspci and /bin/lsmod to get started?

And, becasue you're begginer, maybe you should try some other easier distro. Like Ubuntu or PCLOS, MEPIS...And you have a newer chipset, so i think that your version on RH is little bit old.

What's hard about RH? And since he doesn't say which RH version he uses, how do you know if his version is too old? 945 GNT is not that new

I'd have to agree. He could be using the latest RHEL 5 series for all we know and from my own experience, Red Hat isn't any harder than Ubuntu or any other OS.

For me any RedHat based distro is harder, than Debian based(maybe because i use them for a long time). Also i was thinking that Ubuntu is better because of very good community. But OK, it was just mine recommmendation, sorry !!! And that Intel board is also not so new, but it is not too old.
