I installed LDAP account manager in linux but when i run my ip address in browser it shows 403 forbidden You don't have permission to access /ldap/ on this server.How can i resolve this problem?

First of all you need to give a more descriptive title to your thread.
Then you need to give more details about your problem, like distro/version, webserver,how you installed LAM etc
You should also post the webserver error_log file, so we could try to find out the problem you have.

did you try setting up your permissions or just installed it then expected it to work out of the box sort to speak?
