Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

Suggest you try a different distribution if you're planning to use it as a desktop. As you've already been told Kali is not for general use, but instead for penetration testing.
If your MAC address has been blocked by this public WIFI, it is for a good reason considering what your system has tried to do to them.
Altering your MAC address is not an acceptable subject on the LQ forums.
You already do have success getting this system to work booting off of USB, so you know the system can work.
The solution is to select a different distribution and to not use Kali as your desktop distribution. If you are adamant about using Kali as your desktop distribution, then no one in LQ can help you because you are using a special distribution in manners that it is not intended to be used as.
If you have further Kali questions, then see the Kali Linux Sticky Thread at the top of the Newbie forum. There are also links to the Kali site.

First, you need to read the LQ Rules about text speak and not using it, along with the stick posts about Kali Linux, and the "Question Guidelines" link. Your "little brother did some attacks" is the reason you can't log in to wifi, because they have blocked you; and the LQ Rules specifically outline asking questions about hacking/cracking, and circumventing network security. You can't get to wifi, because you/your little brother were irresponsible, and hacked someone elses network. This your fault, period, and asking others to help you steal wifi from the people whose network you hacked, isn't going to get you much.

Sure:
Don't hack other peoples networks
Don't install Kali, because it isn't for beginners or to be used as a daily distro
Pay for what you use, and if you can't, then you need to at least BE HONEST and go apologize to the folks whose network you hacked, and ASK for permission.
If you don't have the courage or decency to ask, then you certainly don't deserve to have it, much less steal it.
"here is a public wifi near here and my little brother did some attcacks to the wifi "
Maybe we should have closed it here.
"kali os"
In any case, most of the members of LQ tend to be professional about linux and it's uses. Sure we don't mind Kali as such in the hands of dedicated professionals trying to secure their own system.
