Here's a starter.
1. Learn to use better headers than "help me". Describe your problem.
2. There are plenty of experienced linux users here who will be happy to provide you with help.
3. Have a look here.
welcome,
jdk

fshah,

Welcome to LQ!
You want to learn basics of linux.
Checkout some LiveCDs of linux distribution whichever you like. First, try out any of these and then install on your system to use that.
Good Luck! :)

Lots of study material is available on Internet. Some good guides can be found here:
http://tldp.org/guides.html
http://tldp.org/LDP/Mobile-Guide/Mobile-Guide.pdf
http://tldp.org/LDP/intro-linux/intro-linux.pdf
http://tldp.org/LDP/GNU-Linux-Tools-...ls-Summary.pdf

Along with these guides, download and install Virtual box and your favourite Linux distro, install Linux on the Virtual box and start practicing. This is the only way to learn Linux.

On the other hand, if you stuck somewhere, or have any doubts, then post your problems here. We'll be happy to help you. :)
