help installing fedora core 7

I have been trying to install fedora core 7/fc5 on my ps3. I have downloaded from several different mirrors and a bittorent checked the disk using sha1sum and verified. I am just using a usb keyboard and controller no mouse not sure if thats my problem.

Once I have started the otheros from settings it would load and i would put in the command install-fc sda and then key y and it would return that this was not a fedora install cd....I think i fixed that by getting a different boot loader file but now when it loads it asks gives options
0=safe
1=720p
2=1080i
3=1080p
del=game

I don't have a HDTV yet...Would I be able to install FC7?

What's the name of the file you downloaded, and the mirror you got it from, so that we can check it out.

I got it from GA Tech's mirror

http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/Fedora/7/ the ppc version. I tried both the Core 7 and 5, did the sha1sum to make sure it was correct

I have used many different bootloaders not sure if that was the problem.

The final attempt I used a bittorent from the site above.

I also used www.louiscandell.com instructions I really haven't gotten to the install part.

I used Vista to put the iso images on the disk, a few times it wasn't burning correctly but the last few times i checked the directory and it seemed correct

You can find installation instructions here: http://www.installos.com/linuxonps3.html. The link to Sony installer is malformed. The correct link is: http://www.playstation.com/ps3-openplatform/index.html.
