dev/sda* is the Linux notation for partitions on your hard drive. Specifically /dev/sda7 is the 3rd logical disk in an extended partition. It would be a good idea to find out what is on that partition in your particular setup. Probably your Ubuntu install.

I found this link on extracting Android system images, which you might find useful.

Hello vinaykharayat,

I tried ext2explore on windows 10; however it did not work well for me, so I am using this linux reader:

https://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/

It can read the disk partitions and also create and open disk images. It has only read access.

Hope this helps.
