Help in Installing PythonMagick in Fedora 9

Hi! im quite new to Fedora 9 and i wanted to learn how to use pythonmagick in my python programs i've downloaded the pythonmagick 0.7 from http://www.imagemagick.org/script/api.php under Python>PythonMagick and now i don't know what to do.

I have tried using pythonmagickwand for windows and it was good, though i was having trouble outputing the image into a Canvas in Tkinter.

Anyway, i really need to know how to make pythonmagick work.
tnx to all who would reply!

You can replace vim with your favorite text editor in the following instructions
Code:
tar xf PythonMagick-0.7.tar.gz &&
cd tar xf PythonMagick-0.7 &&
vim README
