Help - How to Connect VMware 5.X to the Internet

All,

I am attempting to connect my virtual machine to the Internet but I am having difficulties.

I just installed RHEL/Fedora (Lovelock) onto my vm. I am now attempting to access the Internet but I am having no luck. I am not sure if I should use the bridged, NAT, or Host-only settings. I have tried to use all three but I cannot ping my own PC or reach out to the world.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Use the bridged option and then configure the VM network interface

So I changed my vm settings to bridged. I also attempted to update my network settings with the SSID and the password for my wireless router. However, I still cannot reach the Internet nor devices within my network.

Am I missing something?
