Post Help For Linux Assignment with GNOME

hey guys how are you i have to submit an assignment on linux for which i choose GNOME as an open source project and what i have to do is with GNOME
  • relevance of GNOME with linux from System Admin point of view and
  • GNOME as a service provision
  • problems faces by System Admin using GNOME like deploying,maintenance and on going support issues
can any guide and make me understand how do i go through these stuffs

You should be careful putting your email address in a forum... big spam trap...

Really, you should just go to the GNOME website. Do you know what GNOME is? Do you know what a desktop environment is, what a window manager (metacity) is, what a widget toolkit (GTK) is, etc?

When all else fails, wikipedia, though for an assignment you really should have a better source than a wiki...
