LinuxQuestions.org - Help, can not restart apache, pb vhost or port

Hi,

Apache was working well and my intranet too, but...
I tried to add a virtual host and i made different modification without success.
In fact i try to delete all server by webmin and to recreate them
and after apache did not want to sart. I have this error :

Failed to start apache :

Starting httpd: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs!
[FAILED]

i read a lot on differents forum withot finding a solution, i reall do not understand what happening

before i could start apache like this /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
but it do nt work anymore

I have to do
httpd -k restart and same error
httpd not running, trying to start
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs!
