Checklist: (complete the items where possilbe)

- mobile device (y/n)
- distro (supply name)
- action (what led you to this error)
- where (console/desktop)
- what desktop (Gnome, XFCE, KFDE, ...)
- goal (what do you want to reach)
- recent stuff you did to the system (updates, removal, ...)
- emulator (wine, whatever else)
- profeciency (newbe/intermediate/expert)
