That doesn't look like any Linux distro or operating system I have ever seen, and I have seen many. That is probably just a video that pretends to be a computer, not a real computer running any operating system at all. That is a very common practice in movie production.

Yep, I've said the same before when someone inquired what distribution was being used in a TV show or movie.
