Welcome!
A good guide is tldp

Check out the Going Linux podcast. It's oriented to new users and has lots of helpful resources in addition to the audio podcasts.

The one reference I found must useful when I started with Linux was Garrels's Intro to Linux, from the TLDP site that kooru mentioned. There's lots of other great stuff there.

About dot com has a good section on Linux also.

By the way, it would be a good idea to remove the email address from your initial post; it's spam bait. LQ offers users the ability to send you an email courtesy of LQ by clicking on your profile.

And welcome to LQ!

I think IceSeven is requesting a tutor or other type of personal assistance. We get requests like this once in a while.

You are always welcome to ask any question online here. While we tend to point you into a self study or search for answers yourself, we will also help if we can. Be sure to point out that you are a new user and we tend to help on both simple and hard questions.

I know that doing tutorials by email is something I can't commit to, but I did find a number of resources by searching for "linux tutorials":

These two appeared to be the most promising.
