ummm i'm trying to install Gunbound have u heard of it???
|
If this is it, then it's for Windows. You'll either need to use Windows, or run it under Linux with Wine/Cedega, as it won't run natively obviously.
Also, please use better thread titles in future. |

Man, is very simple. Windows and Linux are different operating systems. Would you put a PlayStation CD game in a XboX 360 console? You wou't, because you know they are not compatible.
Same for Windows applications and Linux applications, yet we have "wine" which is "kind of" an emulator that will allow you to run some Windows applications under Linux. Wine is free. How to install it depends on the Linux distribution you are using. Cedega is a special wine (commercial version) which works better and is oriented to games. I have not played with cedega, but I can imagine that if you buy the program it will come with some sort of installer. As Nylex said, please in the future try to use more descriptive posts. The more information you give, the better (and faster) answers you will get. |
first of all can you please spell properly, it would make it alot easier to understand you, and second go to http://wine-hq.com for wine

ok I am trying to install Gunbound onto my Computer. But everytime i finish installing it it says that i have No application suitable for automatic installation is available for handling this kind of file. I think Gunbound is a Flash game and so i downloaded a wine thing but it still said the same thing so so now i am lost and i need help trying to make it work
does this help???? |
Gunbound is not a flash game. What you will need to do is install Wine or Cedega, then use the one you installed to install Gunbound.
I would try wine first, after you install wine you will need to run the Gunbound installer in wine. To do this open a console and type "wine gunbound.exe" or whatever the install file is called. |
