HDMI connection problems in linux mint 19.1 no connection to tv through hdmi out

Hello,
i have an MSI laptop GE73VR 7RF with 2 GPU the standard intel 630 and an GTX 1070.
I have problems connecting to an TV through my HDMI out.
No picture or sound on TV.
The Driver seems to be the right one in use from NIVIDIA at least thats what driver manager tells.

Before yopu fix anything, have you restarted X with the tv plugged in, switched on, & configured to receive input from hdmi?
