Having Trouble Installing Grip 3.2
I'm fairly new to Linux and haven't had a whole lot of experience installing programs. Now, I'm trying to get Grip3.2 on my comp and everytime I run the ./configure from the command line it tells me I need to set a pkg_config_path variable. I downloaded pkg_config-0.18 but I don't know how to set it up so I can install Grip. Can anyone help me out?

Are you really running RH7.2? That distro is as old as the hills. You really should go for something newer. Most recent distributions have an easily-installable package for grip. That's an easier way of doing things for a newbie than compiling from source. I'm pretty sure your problem can be solved by installing the gtk-devel packages, but you really ought to consider updating to a more recent distro than RH7.2.

I agree, i'd go for a newer distro, Fedora core is a free version run by Red Hat, i believe it has GRip by default, if not its easy to install as
su yum install grip |
Alright, maybe I'll try updating and trying again. Thanx for the help.
