Unhappy Having problems configuring X. from terminal with NVIDIA.

How can I encourage X to use Dual(2x) monitors @ 1920x1080x32.
I also want to use the Vulcan cross platform libraries for SteamPowered 3D graphics support and development.

1. What graphics card you have?
