Having a hard time installing startupmanager in Ubuntu 7.04

I downloaded startupmanager_1.9.11-1_all.deb for my Ubuntu 7.04 on powerpc laptop. Then I opened it in package installer and it said in the status:
Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: python-support
I then looked to install python-support in synaptic, but it turns out that I already have it installed...

So I reinstall it and it says the same thing.

Any suggestions on a package that I need? Help?

Check to see what version of python-support it requires, you might just not have the right version installed. Also did you try using apt-get? If not, see if you can get it that way because it will also install all the dependenices for you.
