Hardware Temperature Monitor

I have downloaded and installed gKrellM, yet I still cannot monitor temperatures (all the options are greyed out). How can I enable it?

Cheers,
Dan

you have to configure lm_sensors, to use temperature and fan speed monitors, and that is in turn dependant on the board you have, but if it isn't a really old school mobo, then you should be cool...you'll have to run, if memory serves me correct, "sensors-detect" or something along those lines to configure it ...
just check and see if you have lm_sensors installed on your box first of all, and if not go download it and configure it and then you will be able to use gkrellm to monitor these things...

edit:
just noticed your system specs, so you won't have a problem configuring it, as you have a fairly recent system..
