Question Hardware Crypto Wallets - what's your experience

What crypto wallets have people dabbled with or use?
I've been looking at Ledger Nano S https://shop.ledger.com/?r=b21b
SafePal S1 https://www.safepal.io/
CoolWallet S https://www.coolwallet.io/product/co...ef=ankurgupta1
I'm not doing this to make money by speculating on the value of a coin increasing, I just want to learn how they work and be ready for when crypto currencies go mainstream and banks start using them - that's going to happen for sure.

I don't think your knowledge gained now will be relevant if/when bitcoin becomes legal tender. That opens the door to the world's criminals to launder trillions of ill-gotten gains into hard currency. I frankly think the lunatics (or criminals) are running the asylum in El Salvador.
