hard drive looking small on mandrake 10

hi, im running mandrake 10, and it tells me on install, that my hard drive is 31G, however i know that it should be 90G. what has caused this and how can i get my lost hard drive space back. also is there a way to view available hard drive space from KDE 3.2??

take a look under the start-hat, go to system, to KDiskFree. This little app should tell you all partitions on your system. Add up all the partitons for a physical device, and they should total your whole disk. Is there still a Windows partition on your disk? If you find there is, you can rearrange your space with "fidsk" and "parted."
