hangs on running/sbin/loader with hedhat 9

I am trying to install redhat 9 on dell optiplex g1 333mgh 92mg ram 4g harddrive.Checked hcl for compatibility. Linux + cert book says should but on trying to install hangs at running/sbin/loaderTried nousb at boot.Tried searching for help to no avail.

I had the same problem switched out my motherboard and things took off. Seems that some MB's are listed as compatible but in actuallity they are not.
