Question Hangs after booting at X window loading


Hi everyone,

I am caught into a strange problem, Problem is that the linux boot normally but it come to loading X-window it hangs and nothing come to the screen. Even I can't switch to text mode b'coz it didn't do any thing, then i have to boot it again then it comes normally after one or two boots.
When i tried to get to text mode and then to X-window by using startx it didn't go into graphic and give an error like this:

Look in /var/log/XFree86.0.log to see if you can find an error message that might tell you what the problem is.

Still it hangs at booting into gui directly and I can't go to GUI from text mode that is doing startx
