Welcome to LQ.

You need to supply a lot more info before anyone can even begin to guess.

For starters, why, exactly, do you think this is happening? What evidnece do you see, what is in your logs, what applications are you running, network connections, etc., etc.

What have you done to test or verify it?

What distro and version are you running?

From the icon next to your username it looks like you are using windows 8. Hence I'd say you can be sure... (Sorry couldn't resist)

Ok, now seriously, as others have stated a more specific question would help give you meaningful answers.

If you have indications that your computer is indeed compromised... Take it off the network right away!
Stop using the computer to avoid destroying evidence. Then get another computer for internet research / forum discussion to get help on next steps.

If my initial assumption was wrong and you are in fact talking about a computer using Linux come back here and describe the symptoms in more detail. In fact as much detail as you can.

If however the concerned computer is a windows box you'll probably want to find a forum more focused on that OS...
