Guidance on RHSE
 

I am new to Linux world.I have studied Shell Scripting(WROX).Also I will be pursuing CCNA in a few months.I also want to pursue RHSE.What steps should i take in order to get crack the exam and make a name in industry?What are the things that i must cover or must have an knowledge before taking the exam?please help me..thanks in advance to all

thanks chris..i already visited the link..what i meant was what do i need to learn more?see as i am new,i am using Ubuntu.i am learning Python right now.so is there any such thing that will help me easily crack the exam and enrich my knowledge?

Yes, solve a lot of problems.

to learn more, you need to follow the syllabus and ensure you are au fait with the contents of it. Running ubuntu certainly won't help as much as running fedora or centos to practise with.

Since linux is not an easy operating system to learn, you may need to attend some online classes or you can refer to some of the links like: www.linuxhomenetworking.com, etc., there are so many like this. If you'll google you'll find there are lots of. If you're willing to pursue the RHCE then you'll get course materials. Thouroughly study them, get to know what is linux and how to install it, basic partitioning and configuration. Then you should learn the basic and then advanced commands, etc.. Go through some online books, they are available free of cost. You can also look for some videos also.
There are so many ways to learn linux, just search on google you'll get lots of there.
