Can you not google? Just putting Redhat or Fedora in google brings it right up. If you are not so willing to search a bit, are you ready to learn a new OS?

Fedora: Fedora Project

Redhat: Redhat

redhat you have to pay for support, try this instead:

CentOS: CentOS

It depends on what you want to do.

If it's day-to-day desktop computing, Fedora. If it's to learn how to use Linux in the Enterprise, CentOS (which is a Red Hat clone) or Red Hat if you are willing to pay the license fees.

HI & Welcome to Linux Questions-;)

You can download Fedora here:
http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora

I strongly suggest reading the documentation to understand how to install it. And further reading so you can learn how to update, install applications and etc. Read about "YUM" the commandline utility:-
Don't forget to write down your 'root' password You'll be asked that during the installation.
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/index.html

Red Hat is a paid for subscription and generally used for the enterprise.
CentOS is like Red Hat and free.
