Not sure what version of Mandrake you have, but could try using Webmin. It's robust and can be used to remote manage your entire system using a web browser interface.
Once it's installed and running, can access webmin by using address "https://<insert ipaddress>:10000" with your favorite browser. In the server section of webmin, you should be able to see the icon for Apache. My only caveat is Webmin should not be a tool for learning how to configure and administrate Apache, but a tool of convenience. |
Thanks, I'll let you know how that works out. Now does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to find the file? I understand that it's just a txt file that you modify yourself? not sure...
Thanks in Advance, SPC Seth Alton :newbie: |
