GuC firmware load skipped - Kernel Tainted

after installing Debian 9 and adding the missing firmware, I was left with a "GuC firmware load skipped" line in dmesg.
trying to find a solution, I made a file /etc/modprobe.d/i915.conf and placed this line in it:
options i915 enable_guc_loading=1 enable_guc_submission=1

this solved skipping GuC, but made my kernel tainted with 64.

now, how bad is this ??
or is there another solution for the GuC error ??

"Kernel tainted" is a warning, not an error. It means you have non-free code in your kernel, so if something goes wrong, you won't get any help from the kernel developers. But if nothing does, you have no problem.
