Unhappy grub problem error 15 booting to another partition for fedora

Hi guys I feel so desperate here I just installed FEDORA on my /dev/sda2 as the last OS that is installed (but didn't install the fedora grub) cause I wanted to keep the grub that kubuntu had installed ( and now buy editing /boot/grub/menu.lst) I'm trying to make it possible to boot up to FEDORA but I can't, I get error 15 ........ can someone help me ... thanks in advance
here is how my menu.lst looks :

## ## End Default Options ##

title Kubuntu 7.10
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.22-14-generic root=UUID=18d912ab-292a-4b4e-a604-33c7c367e790 ro quiet splash
initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.22-14-generic

title Windows XP Media Center Edition
root (hd0,2)
chainloader +1

title Fedora
root (hd0,1)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz- root=/dev/sda2
initrd /boot/initrd-

title Kubuntu 7.10 (recovery)
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.22-14-generic root=UUID=18d912ab-292a-4b4e-a604-33c7c367e790 ro single
initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.22-14-generic

title Memtest
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/memtest86+.bin

# This is a divider, added to separate the menu items below from the Debian
# ones.

(windows XP comes up fine) the problem is only on FEDORA

Error 15 : File not found
This error is returned if the specified file name cannot be found,
but everything else (like the disk/partition info) is OK.
Grub is probably trying to tell you that either or both the vmlinuz and/or inirtd is incorrect. Look into Fedora's /boot folder and verify the information.

booting, error, fedora, grub, partition
