What is your solution to solved the problem ?
If it is not solved :
1st soluce) try to insert the installation disk of linux and choose the rescue system if exist. After boot, execute a windows boot restore.
2nd soluce) try to insert the boot disk with command.com (the windows/dos shell !!) and at the prompt, type "fdisk /mbr"
In fact, you migth want to reinstall your linux partition by re installing the gnu/linux system.
