GRUB Hang
Hullo all
I just recently installed Redhat 9 into a Double Boot System: Windows XP on C Drive Redhat on D Drive (Both Seperate Harddrives) During the install I put GRUB in the First Boot Sector instead of the Master Boot Record. Now, when set up BIOS to boot from D first, then C, I get GRUB coming up on my screen, but that's it, and it just sort of hangs there with my cursor blinking away. Has anyone had this problem before? And better yet, managed to solve it? :) Thanks for any input. |
The boot disk doesn't help me out either, it just gives me a "Boot Failed" message

Try going back into your BIOS, and restore the settings to defualt.
