GRUB edit?

I want to edit my GRUB file in order to start RH and Windoze (both 98 and XP that boot with NTLDR).
-How do I edit GRUB? (path & commands)

-Should I add this text in order to have a choice between RH and NTLDR in GRUB :

title Windows NT / Windows 95 boot menu

root (hd0,0)

chainloader +1

or this one?

rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1

-Where should I add the text in the GRUB file? (beginning, end..?)
