LinuxQuestions.org - GRUB does not boot windows

My GRUB has been messed up somehow...
Turned out hd0 and hd1 had randomly switched places!
I reinstalled GRUB onto the harddrive, and now it boots perfectly - into all operating systems apart from Windows!

When I boot into Windows, it says Starting Up... then a cursor blinking
I've tried changing the commands before booting and reinstalling GRUB, but it doesn't budge.

The strange thing is, Windows is bootable, because when I boot directly into it from the BIOS, it starts up.

sda2 is another partition
