Grub-bootload problem
Hello World!
I have installed dual-boot Manjaro Linux and Windows 10 on my laptop. At first days I had installed Manjaro, I had the option to choose which OS I want to boot. Recently, when I power on my laptop, Windows 10 is booted (I haven't the option to choose which OS I want to boot). Booting Manjaro is required to go to BIOS Settings. Thank you in advance! |

If the situation is as I suspect, my advice would be to : - Try using efibootmgr to point to the proper boot loader (GRUB instead of the Windows EFI stub). - If that doesn't work, remove Manjaro and start over, being careful to reinstall it with GRUB in UEFI mode. Given what you have already accomplished, I am assuming that you have done all the repartitioning and file system preparations already. Please feel free to ask if you need help with the above. Cheers. |
If it used to work, perhaps more likely Win10 got an update and "fixed" the default boot. As suggested, changing the default back to grub using efibootmgr is simplest.
