After Fedora on 1-st HDD i install Mac on 2-nd HDD, but Mac isn't bootable. What i must do to make Mac enabled in grub list and make it bootable?

dual boot

Does "MAC" mean apple operating system like OS X?
If so, do you know that your computer will run (is compatible with) "MAC"?
To test:
either
a. enter BIOS and set the second hdd as the boot drive and reboot.
or
b. remove the first hdd and reboot hdd.
If this works the only problem should be a minor rewrite of grub.conf (menu.lst).

I would add the following to grub.conf (or menu.lst if your distribution does not use grub.conf):

title "MAC"
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
chainloader +1
makeactive

Then with both hdd installed and the original BIOS boot order (first boot drive linux and second boot drive "MAC"), boot and try the "MAC" option.
