Graphics display distorted on notebook with 32bit TC driver

I have installed my Mandrakelinux 10.0 successfully on my PC hard disk and it works fine.

I have just bought a new notebook and have installed it several times but when the system boots up the graphics display comes up with a pop up menu requesting for me to do something which is unreadable.

When the installation is configuering the graphics driver it always suggests the real256 driver but the video driver of the notebook is SISM661MX/SIS661FX Rev01 which does not appear in the list of drivers offered.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I may be able to rectify this problem?
