GPL Partioning Software

I am setting up RedHat 8 on my friend's computer. He wants to partition his HD. It wasn't an issue for me, so I don't know, but are there any GPL partitioning software packages?

If it's an empty hd or no need for saving existing partitions go with cfdisk or fdisk. Otherwise (for moving existing partitions) there is parted.

Hell No! PM is terrible. BTW, what happens when PM's demo expires, will it try to lock me out of my dual boots or what?
